Therapy is a beautiful journey from our deepest wound to meet our strongest self. Many of us get used to our old pains, anxieties, phobias, loneliness, and brokenness. Sometimes we do not even feel how much we are suffering until with a help of a book, workshop, or a therapist, we become aware of our wounded feelings. The amazing fact is that healing will not only happen in one part of our life, but with awareness will be expanded in many more aspects of our life.

I have seen many clients who came to me for reasons like anger, anxiety, or unhappiness and through therapy, many other aspects of their lives like their career success, relationship with friends, and even their sexual life transformed.

In psyche realm, when we shed light on one untouched emotion or memory and become aware of that, we release many more entangled emotions and habits attached to it. This let tremendous amount of energy or libido release and that is why we feel relieved and alive again after therapy. When should you seek therapy?

In the case when you have any dis-comfort, dis-ease, hardship, or are in any situation that you cannot connect with yourself or others and are mostly ruminating thoughts in your mind.

Also, at times of transitions in your life such as marriage, separation, empty nest, immigration, or transition of your loved one like your child entering university or marrying.
